Int’l Community Association Managers Day: Recognizing the Professionals Behind Strong Communities
June 13 is International Community Association Managers Day, a day dedicated to recognizing the Community Association Managers who help keep associations operating effectively, responsibly, and professionally every day.
At Water Extraction Team / Property Solutions Team, we have the opportunity to work closely with Community Association Managers across the communities they serve. We see firsthand the responsibility they carry, the pressure they manage, and the important role they play in helping associations protect their properties, support their residents, and move through both routine operations and unexpected challenges.
Thank You to Community Association Managers
Community Association Managers are often the connection point between boards, homeowners, vendors, contractors, insurance professionals, and service providers. Their work requires organization, communication, problem-solving, patience, and follow-through.
They support board meetings, coordinate repairs and maintenance, communicate with residents, manage vendor relationships, assist with budgets and planning, and help communities respond when emergencies occur. Much of this work happens behind the scenes, but its impact is seen every day in stronger, safer, and better-managed communities.
Effective association management does not happen by accident. It takes committed professionals who understand the needs of their communities and are willing to step into difficult situations with leadership and perspective.
Recognize, Appreciate, Celebrate
The Community Associations Institute’s message for International Community Association Managers Day says it well: Recognize, Appreciate, Celebrate.
We recognize the professionalism Community Association Managers bring to the associations they serve.
We appreciate the long hours, difficult conversations, urgent calls, and daily decisions that come with the role.
We celebrate the work they do to support boards, homeowners, residents, and the broader community association industry.
At Water Extraction Team / Property Solutions Team, we are especially grateful for the work we get to do alongside Community Association Managers. Whether responding to property damage, supporting restoration needs, coordinating with boards, or helping communities move forward after an unexpected event, we value the trust and partnership of the managers we work with every day.
To every Community Association Manager, thank you. Your work matters. Your leadership makes a difference. Strong associations are better because of your commitment, professionalism, and service.
Recognize. Appreciate. Celebrate.
