Safe & Effective Practices

The scope of the stair replacement project is limited to buildings 1, 7, 8, 9 and 10.

The stair replacements for the buildings listed are currently for both sets of stairs leading to the breezeway. One set of stairs will be repaired during the project schedule for each building to allow for one open and accessible staircase for the building.

The materials being put in place are a pre-cast tread and riser component. The stairs will look similar to buildings 2, 3, 11, and 13 when finished.

Buildings 2, 3, 11 and 13 do not have stair repairs in this repair scope of work.
